Reimagined from a 19th-century iron foundry, The Source Hotel stands as a centerpiece of Denver’s RiNo Art District—a boutique hotel, market hall, and creative hub that celebrates craft, design, and community. The 100-room property embraces Scandinavian and Japanese influences, pairing simplicity and precision through custom Baltic birch casework, polished concrete floors, and, in select suites, signature operable garage doors that open to sweeping views of the Rocky Mountains and Denver skyline.
WCG Construction partnered with Zeppelin Development to deliver QA/QC management and finish oversight as the project neared completion. Acting as an extension of the owner, WCG provided hands-on coordination of both exterior and interior finishes, installed interior architectural elements, and supplemented trade crews to maintain momentum and uphold design integrity. The result is a finely executed environment that balances industrial heritage with contemporary craftsmanship and attention to detail.
