The New Belgium Brewing Sports Bar provides DEN travelers with an exciting and friendly sports bar and restaurant with four distinct user experiences. The restaurant was designed to maximize flow and create four areas that complement each other and come together through common materials that celebrate Colorado’s modern west spirit.
The “front of house” areas include a main dining room, center bar, grab & go takeout area, and a game room/living room area. The “back of house” areas include a manager’s office with walk-in cooler, full service commercial kitchen, and an offsite warehouse/storage area for restaurant operations.
The architectural design at the New Belgium Brewing Sports Bar includes custom transparent brass powder-coated stainless steel, wood wall and ceiling battens in pale brown and amber tones, leather-upholstered booths and banquette seating, and large-format, Italian wall tile in a slate finish. The main bar is constructed as a standalone, wrap-around bar, with a floating beer tap and jumbotron television in a custom metal frame.
