Golden Mill Food Hall & Tap Room

The Golden Mill is one of Golden local’s favorite gems. This adaptive reuse of a historic, 1920’s feed store and mill into a local gathering spot for food, drinks and fun. The food hall includes a courtyard that connects courtyard space with nature — the nearby Clear Creek and two adjacent city parks.

While maintaining the important historic aspects of the 1920’s structure and building out four commercial kitchens and restroom facilities, and obtaining State Historic Tax Credits. Upgrades included two full service bars, a roof deck, a self-pour beer wall, and an ADA accessible elevator – all within a “no-rise” flood plain and a zero-lot line building condition.
