Fuel & Iron at Holmes Hardware

The Holmes Hardware warehouse in Pueblo is one of the most visible, striking structures in the city’s historic district. Sadly, it had sat abandoned for decades, awaiting a new purpose.

WCG was brought on by Colorado Urban Builders LLC to complete sweeping improvements and rehabilitation, transforming the building into a food hall, restaurant incubator, 28 units of affordable housing, and ultimately a community hub.

Interior renovations included the build-out of food and beverage spaces and commercial kitchens and food hall vendors, dish-washing, back-of-house food storage, a full bar and public restrooms.
