As this Chevrolet required brand refresh project was performed in a fully occupied dealership and service center, the renovation was performed in two phases.
Work included demolition of existing offices, storefront, flooring and front entry areas. With upgrades including a larger showroom, the main focus along the front portion of the building is more capable of displaying vehicles.
The renovation introduces additional sales offices and the parts area was reconfigured to better serve technicians and customers. The 1st and 2nd floor renovations included: foundations/footings, ACM panels, interior walls, paint, fire alarm and fire suppression modifications, overhead doors, restroom finishes, new RTU unit for cooling the showroom, new lighting fixtures and custom millwork. The second phase included new paint, demolition and tile flooring.
