The addition and renovations at University Prep at Crofton Elementary, located at 2409 Arapahoe Street consisted of a newly remodeled lobby.
The 14,000 SF addition consists of 5 classrooms, an art/science room that features a kiln and a curtain wall of windows that invites in natural light and overlooks a community garden, a new gymnasium, extensive mechanical and heat upgrades, security upgrades and heat mitigation in the existing building.
