The Castle Rock Police Station was designed and built to blend beautifully with the historic structures located in and around Castle Rock’s downtown area.
The two-story structure was built to expand the police station and also house municipal courts and a small detention area. The building’s exterior incorporates the use of rhyolite stone, which is used extensively on the older structures in Castle Rock. The interior includes an expanded police department, including a 911 dispatch center, offices and a limited number of holding cells, along with modern, efficient courtroom facilities.
