Connecting two developments in Windsor’s booming Water Valley Neighborhood, the bridge is a bold architectural addition to the community. Also known as Pelican Bridge, the bridge spans 194 feet and rises 35 feet. This bridge serves as a connection for pedestrians, golfers, and cyclists.
The project also included a heavy civil package for the abutments and landscaping to match its ambitious design.
